Our story begins with a love and passion for sports and people. Sports brings us together like no other activity and has the ability to transform and enrich our lives.

We have combined years of sports science study and industry experience to develop a unique series of sports-based exercise programs that aim to inspire children to keep active for life.

Sportscise is dedicated to delivering inspiring, engaging, non-competitive, fun, physical activity programs, regardless of skill to children aged 5 - 17.

In Australia today, almost 1 in 4 children are overweight and obese. Inactive lifestyles and a technology-driven world has led to this alarming level of overweight children in Australia.

Sportscise programs for children promotes a healthy lifestyle, the development of fundamental movement skills, endurance, overall health and wellbeing inspiring them to keep moving for life.

Australian Physical Activity Guidelines.

“The Australian Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines recommend children and young people aged 5-17 years participate in at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day”.

Being active is important to grow healthy and set good habits for life. Sportscise aims to inspire children and young people aged 5 - 17 years to participate in meeting the minimum recommended daily physical activity requirements by providing fun, safe, engaging, non-competitive programs accessible to all children and young people.

The sports-based programs do not focus on skill but rather the fun and active sports-based movements combining music and sports elements, providing benefits to all children.

MULTI-SPORTS BASED
PROGRAMS.

8 Week Multi-Sports Based Programs for children aged 5-17 years give the inspiration and confidence to be physically active with 9 sports in a structured program in a non competitive environment - regardless of skill. An ideal way to sample a different sport every week.

  • Our children’s After School Multi Sports-Based Programs are action-packed sports fun and safe experiences in a non-competitive environment. Children exercise to a different sport each week focusing on improving gross motor skills, fitness and confidence.

    Each session is based on a series of Activation, Workout and Cool Down exercises with generic and sport specific exercises where no two exercises are the same in each session. No session is the same to the previous workout eliminating boredom keeping children engaged.

    Multi Sports-Based Programs promote an active lifestyle where children can try their hand at a range of sports regardless of any skill - giving them the opportunity to continue in a sport of their choice, or to try one of our other Specific Sports-Based Programs.

    Our After School Programs improve the child’s strength, endurance, muscle development and overall health and wellbeing. They include fun workout challenges and fitness games using the inspiration of sport, exercise, music and motivational instructors.

  • Children exercise to a different sport each week focused on improving gross motor skills, fitness and confidence.

    Our Multi-Sports-Based Children’s Programs are fun, safe and inspiring in a non-competitive environment where children can try their hand at a range of 9 sports over 8 weeks, regardless of skill.

    Sports include Soccer, Footy, Netball, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Baseball, Rugby and Gridiron.

Choose from 9 different Sports-Based Program options including Soccer, Footy, Netball, Basketball, Rugby, Tennis, Cricket, Gridiron and Baseball. Choose either an 8 week Multi-Sport Based program or a Specific Sport-Based Program in a non-competitive environment regardless of skill. An ideal way to continue on from a Multi-Sports Program.

  • Sportcise Programs offer a variety of different options giving children the opportunity to stay active and keep moving for life.

    Our Partner and Family Partner programs allow children to further exercise with their friends, siblings or caregivers - either in one of our classes, or via on demand streaming anytime, anywhere.
