Our programs offer a structured pathway to trying different sports and activities in a non-competitive environment regardless of skill.

Sportscise Children’s Programs for children aged 5-17 years.

Sportscise programs for children promotes a healthy lifestyle, the development of fundamental movement skills, endurance, overall health and wellbeing inspiring, them to keep moving for life.

Our children’s programs are different every session. Every child has the opportunity to try a different sport every session where no two exercises are the same in every session.

No Session Is The Same To The Previous Session.

Every unique session combines the movement of sport, the inspiration of music, exercise, motivational sports commentary with crowd and whistle-buzzer-siren sound effects.

MULTI-SPORTS BASED
PROGRAMS.

8 Week Multi-Sports Based Programs for children aged 5-17 years are an ideal way to sample a different sport every week.

All Multi-Sports Based Programs are available to children of all ages in different levels giving the opportunity and pathway to build their fitness and motor skills.

Every session is based on a different sport where no two exercises are the same in each session.

  • Each program is designed for maximum fun but also structured to offer different levels for children of all ages.

    Every session is based on a series of Activation, Workout and Cool Down exercises with generic and sport specific exercises where no two exercises are the same in each session. No session is the same to the previous workout eliminating boredom keeping children engaged each session.

    The Multi-Sport Based Program also gives the child an insight to different sports and the chance to try different activities promoting variety and broad exposure to many activities making every session fresh and exciting. As well as offering a pathway to playing sport.

    Our After School Programs improve the child’s strength, endurance, muscle development and overall health and wellbeing. They include fun workout challenges and fitness games using the inspiration of sport, exercise, music and motivational instructors.

  • Our Multi-Sports-Based Children’s Programs are fun, safe and inspiring in a non-competitive environment where children can try their hand at a range of 9 sports over 8 weeks, regardless of skill.

    These programs also offer a pathway to a child choosing and playing a sport.

    Sports include Soccer, Footy, Netball, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Baseball, Rugby and Gridiron.

An ideal way to continue on from a Multi-Sports Program.

  • Our children’s After School Specific Sports-Based Programs are action-packed sports fun and safe experiences in a non-competitive environment. Children exercise to their sport of choice for 8 weeks focused on improving gross motor skills, fitness and confidence.

    Each session is based on a series of Activation, Workout and Cool Down exercises with generic and sport specific exercises where no two exercises are the same in each session. No session is the same to the previous workout eliminating boredom keeping children engaged each session.

    Specific Sports-Based programs promote an active lifestyle where children can try their hand at a specific sport regardless of any skill - giving them the opportunity to continue in that sport, or try one of our other specific sports-based programs. This allows children to try different sports every term keeping their sessions fresh and exciting.

    Our After School Programs include fun workouts challenges and fitness games using the inspiration of sport, exercise, music and motivational instructors.

  • Children exercise to a specific sport for 8 weeks focused on improving gross motor skills, fitness and confidence.

    With different levels on offer our Specific Sports-Based Children’s Programs are fun, safe and inspiring in a non-competitive environment where children can try their hand at a specific sport for 8 weeks, regardless of skill. This allows children to try different sports every term keeping their sessions fresh and exciting. Alternatively these programs are an ideal way to further improve the child’s fitness in their chosen sport.

    This offers a pathway to not only try different sports every term but the ability to focus on one sport.

    Sports include Soccer, Footy, Netball, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Baseball, Rugby and Gridiron.

  • Sportcise Programs offer a variety of different options giving children the opportunity to stay active and keep moving for life.

    Our Partner and Family Partner programs allow children to further exercise with their friends, siblings or caregivers - either in one of our classes - or via on demand streaming anytime, anywhere.

    Our adult Sports Based HIIT Programs also offer all young people the opportunity to continue Keep Moving in their adult life.
