Footy 1 - HIIT 26 minute

WELCOME TO SPORTSCISE. YOUR AUSSIE RULES FOOTY. YOUR WORKOUT.

This 26-minute HIIT session is based on “Aussie Rules Footy Sports-Based Movements” in a series of Activation, Workout and Cool Down exercises including generic and specific Aussie Rules Footy sports-based movement exercises. Every exercise in this session has been selected so that no two are the same.

All Workout exercises are based on the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles where you exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds.

This session includes:

  • 10 x 30s Activation Exercises

  • 18 x 60s Workout Exercises (40s exercise plus 20s rest)

  • 6 x 30s Cool Down Exercises

Sports-Based HIIT Programs.

This session is part of the Sportscise HIIT 26 minute program that includes 9 sports-based HIIT programs including Soccer, Netball, Aussie Rules Footy, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Rugby, Gridiron and Baseball.
