Our RUGBY HIIT workouts combine the science of rugby movement exercises the transformative power of authentic HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) metabolic conditioning with the benefits of cardio.
Each session is based on a series of Activation, Workout and Cool Down exercises with generic and rugby specific exercises where no two exercises are the same.
Our Workout exercises are based on the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles where you exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds, every minute.
RUGBY HIIT programs are available as Individual, Partner and Family Partner workouts in 26, 18, 15, 12 and 9 minute versions for people of all ages.
